In keeping with what is fast becoming the Month of the Poll, NPR commissioned a survey of likely voters—using pollsters from both parties—and found that the GOP no longer enjoys an edge on matters of national security and foreign policy. The last couple months have been especially damaging, with Iraqi strife, the Dubai deal, and the continued outsourcing of American jobs all pitching in to bring Republicans down. Perhaps one of the most telling results was this: when asked which party they would vote for if the election were today, the prospective voters favored Democrats by a margin of 52% to 37%—that’s a larger margin than the GOP enjoyed before it swept to power in 1994’s congressional elections.

Now, it will take AGAIN another LIBERAL democratic president like FDR & Clinton to lead us out of current REPUBLICAN failures in BOTH National Security & Economic Security. (see above) And will take another LIBERAL to rescue us from REPUBLICAN "RECORD" debt & deficits. Remember, REPUGNANTS controll ALL of Congress and Executive branches. Failures again under CONSERVATIVE controll. Exposing the "CON" in conservative. History, Truth & Facts hurt uh?

Franklin Roosevelt set up the United Nations and his wife & first Lady,Eleanor Roosevelt, authored the founding document, The Declarition of Human Rights.

Till this day, Repugnants do everything to destroy this important instrument in international diplomacy.

Democrat Harry Truman set up NATO to protect W. Europe from Soviet agression.

Also, Democrat Wilson set up League of Nations (forerunner to UN) CONS in congress shot this down. Thanks GOP!! League could have prevented WW2

Oh, and Don't forget on matters of ECONOMIC Security as well who cleaned up the REPUBLICAN Great Depression? That's right, DEMOCRATS led by FDR. Just like Clinton's democrats had to clean up CON economic messess.
